CJ’s debaters excel again

Three of Carleton Jones High School’s debaters also ended in the overall top ten of the event. They are Oamo Maoto (Position 2), Kemoratile Kometsi (Position 4) and Morakabi Nelisiwe (Position 5).

The debating team of Carleton Jones High School in Carletonville took the overall third position during a human rights debating tournament at Katlehong Secondary School on 18 and 19 May.

These star debaters who were part of the team are Thiti Seete, Chemise Thenjiwe, Nkatshela Khumo, Morakabi Nelisiwe, Mafereka Kelello, Vetezo Akwande, Molapo Masenate, Maoto Oamogetswe and Kometsi Kemoratile.Left: Three of Carleton Jones High School’s debaters ended in the overall top ten of the event.
