Protesting on the Welverdiend road

Motorists driving between Carletonville and Welverdiend must be very careful as community members started protesting. According to reports they are also throwing stones at vehicles.

As far as could be determined they are unhappy about electricity problems in this area.

Motorists must rather use the part of the R501 past Doornfontein or the road past Watersedge and Khutsong.
