Do you know this woman?

The Carletonville police are urgently looking for the family of a woman whose body was found in the Carletonville area.

The woman was found dead on the side of the P111 just outside Carletonville on 28 July 2023. Police suspect she died in a hit-and-run incident.

However, no one came to identify the victim. The police later established her identity as Patience Sibongile Mkwanazi. She was 39 at the time of her death.

As far as could be determined, Mkwanazi never lived in our area, and it is unclear how she ended up here.
