A 17-year-old boy was seriously injured after being stabbed in Vlei Street in Oberholzer last night.
When ER24 paramedics arrived at the scene shortly before 23:30, they found the boy lying next to the road. His friend was with him.
They assessed the boy and found that he had been stabbed twice in the chest.
The ER24 paramedics treated him at the scene before transporting him to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not known to our paramedics.
