Eskom announced earlier this afternoon that Stage 2 loadshedding started at 16:00 and will, for now, continue until 05:00 on Wednesday morning.
This is due to a loss of units at Matla, Tutuka, Duvha and Arnot power stations in Mpumalanga.
According to the new Stage 2 schedule, Carletonville’s electricity will be off from 18:00 to 20:30 tonight and then again from 02:00 to 04:30 tomorrow morning.
Fochville will have loadshedding from 04:00 to 06:30 tomorrow morning and then again from 12:00 to 14:30 tomorrow afternoon.
Khutsong will have loadshedding from 02:00 to 04:30 and then again from 10:00 to 12:30 tomorrow morning.
