The event was held at the Fochville squash courts on Friday, 9 April. According to Mark Metcalfe of the Fochville squash club, which hosted the clinic, about 35 players of various ages attended. “The kids were very excited and thirsty to learn about squash and playing the game,” says Metcalfe. He added that the orga- nisers had to call time at 17:30 as the kids and coaches would easily have gone on until later.
He says Dunlop squash also donated rackets and balls to the club to promote the sport’s development.
