Motorists who are driving between Carletonville and Welverdiend on the road past the Carletonville mall must be on the lookout for protesters.
The protesters are blocking the road just before Welverdiend. They are unhappy because they have not had electricity since before Christmas.
Yesterday the protesters only let motorists through if they gave them R20, which they said was to buy paraffin.
