According to a municipal spokesperson, residents are urged to visit the municipality’s finance section help desk to register their email addresses and cell phone numbers in order for the municipality to send their accounts through these communication channels.
The municipality also reminds residents that they can pay their accounts from any South African bank by EFT at First National Bank account number 62796852624 and bank number 250641. They must use their municipal account number as reference.
People can also pay their accounts at the Post Office and most supermarkets, Easypay outlets, Pre-paid 24, and the Caltex filling station in Annan Road as well as the Excel filling station in Onyx Drive.
