The coach of the Champions Athletics Club in Carletonville, Afika Ndlazi, who also acted as coach for the West Rand team taking part in the OR Tambo-Soncini Social Cohesion Games at Germiston, is holding a special coaching clinic on 17 November.
During this event, which will take place at the sports field of Carletonville High School (Callies), the national junior 100m record holder, Thando Dlodlo, will come and share some of his secrets.
The event is officially organized by Ndlazi’s SportOn Organisation and will start at 06:30 and continue until 18:00.
Athletes who want to take part must come in comfortable exercise clothes.
