House robbery at East Driefontein

A man was killed in a house robbery at 155 Tsakane Street in East Driefontein recently. Two women were standing on a table, trying to fix a hole in the ceiling when three men entered the house. The women ran to the room where
their brother was lying on the bed and they told him about the intruders. He immediately got up and went to find
out what was going on. The women suddenly heard gunshots and came out to find their dead brother in the arms of their elder brother. The deceased had a gunshot to his body. A suspect was later arrested after being pointed out by a witness but the firearm was not found, according to the Carletonville SAPS communications officer, WO Peter Masooa.
