SEBOKENG.-Sebokeng Evolution for the first time in the Vaal region commemorated International Children’s day which was earmarked on the 1st of June 2015.

SEBOKENG.-Sebokeng Evolution for the first time in the Vaal region commemorated International Children’s day which was earmarked on the 1st of June 2015.

This was in the hopes of starting a new tradition around the Midvaal, An invitation was sent out to local Pre-Schools to come take part in a walk that started from Masoheng, down to Saul Tsotetsi Sports Complex. Children ranging from the age of 2-6 from respective pre-schools walked the street with loud cheers and huge smiles greeting passing motor cars and pedestrians.

Arriving at the venue, the children walked straight to a world of Jumping castles, face painting, performances from each respective pre-school and many more activities that kept them very busy. The event was blessed with the presence of the Chairperson of the Sebokeng P.C.O. Management Manana Khubeka who thanked the respective pre-schools for taking part in such a prestige event.

Sebokeng. Evolution Chairperson Molefi Motlamelle says,“The main reason for this event is to promote children’s rights and acknowledge that they are our future, we really should remember to care about them and we just wanted to make the point come across.

“We would like to extend an invitation to surrounding citizens to support such engagements as its important to love our Vaal and support our Vaal” Motlamelle concludes.
