Merafong’s Hip Hop lovers invited to the biggest festival in Africa

Various artists and music lovers from especially Khutsong and Carletonville will again go to attend.

The biggest Hip Hop Festival in Africa ‘’Back 2 The City’’ will be once again taking place on 12 October at Newtown in Johannesburg.

Local Hip Hop lovers are invited to participate in the festival this year in order to miss out on the authentic music experience where all Hip Hop elements are celebrated.

This year the line is going to crazy as there will be four stages featuring 100 artists, 30 DJs, 40 Grafitti Artists, B-Boy Battles 100 Clothing stalls, basket game, game zone, skate park, 20 brand activations and one international act.

Excitement is slowly brewing as those who are participating in the festival are counting
down the days to next month.

There will also be favorite South African artists such as Nasty C, Blackie, Maglera Doe Boy, Big Zulu, Okmalumekoolkat, Emtee, Nadia Naki, Stogie T, Priddy Ugly, Touchline &
Ginger Trill, Siya Shezi, Zulu Mecca, Major Steez, Loatinover Pounds, Gigi Lamayne, Mashbeatz And Words Da Prince, Tyson SSybateli and many more.

The festival also be celebrating their heritage with artists such as Thebe and they will also be celebrating albums turning 20 years such as Zubz, Mr Selwyn, Pitch Black Afro and Lection who will representing the late legend known as HHP.

The international act this year will be Benny The Butcher from the United States Of America.
