House robbers struck on Talc Road in Carletonville last weekend.
The homeowner was asleep during the early hours of Saturday, 4 May.
She awoke at approximately 02:20 and fetched her cell phone charger from the dining room. As she walked past the kitchen, she saw an unknown man inside.
The thug sprayed pepper spray at the woman when she screamed for help.
He then grabbed two cell phones and a laptop before running away.
