Carletonville resident one of the Implats mining disaster victims
A resident of Carletonville was one of the miners who died in the mining accident at the Implats in Rustenburg last week.
According to information released at the deceased miners memorial service taking place today.
Morena Mohlomi, a resident of Carletonville, is among the deceased.
Mohlomi, a miner, was only 33 years old and had been working for Impala Rustenburg for only a year.
A total of 13 employees were killed and 75 injured after a lift at this mine’s 11 Shaft unexpectedly fell on 27 November.
