One person was killed and another sustained moderate injuries in a collision along Annan Road in Carletonville.
At approximately 22:00 on Saturday evening, paramedics found two vehicles involved in a collision. One of the vehicles was lying on its side, wedged against the other. Upon assessment, paramedics found that one person sustained fatal injuries.
Sadly, there was nothing that could be done, and he was declared dead on the scene. Another person was found with moderate injuries. He was treated on the scene and later transported to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision is not yet known.
