The farm in question is located at 265, Klipvlei, KP, Limpopo and measures 935.0722 hectares, about 9km of which fronts the Limpopo River.
Marshland comprises a portion of the farm which also plays host to a large variety of game and a large, three-bedroom home.
Says PVA’s Jaco du Toit: “Limpopo is famed for its well-stocked, beautiful game farms which keep tourists coming in their droves year after year.
“It’s worth noting that these farms directly and indirectly support a number of other industries and communities too.
“In terms of No 265, it offers interesting, varied topography and a healthy mix of plants and soils, perfect for the support of different game species,” Du Toit says.
The fact that the house could easily be converted to accommodate guests really adds to its appeal. Simply put, this farm has all the right ingredients for a commercial, private or tourism-orientated venture and should not be overlooked.”
