The St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church is hosting a Carols by Candlelight service in the church hall, on the corner of Bedford Street and Hastings Avenue, at 5pm. A small entry fee will be charged, but it’s not compulsory.

A Narcotics Anonymous meeting for people who have a problem with drugs, or think they might have a problem with drugs, is held every Tuesday, at 7.30pm, at the St John the Baptist Catholic Church, at 74 Queen Avenue.
