Tasty 30-minute meals: garlic roasted chicken

This is a great recipe for a quick and easy mid-week meal.

This delicious dish will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

You will need:
* Three tablespoons butter.
* Four skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved.
* Two teaspoons garlic powder.
* One teaspoon seasoning salt.
* One teaspoon onion powder.

What to do:
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, seasoning salt and onion powder.
Sauté for about 10 to 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Serve on a bed of couscous with a side of your favourite vegetables.
