A showdown awaits all drifting fans with plenty of tyre smoke expected at the final round of the Evolution Wheel & Tyre SA Drift Champs to be held at Rock Raceway in Brakpan on November 2.
Drifters will be making a dash for the ultimate prize and be crowned the new Evolution Wheel & Tyre SA Drift Champion for 2019 at victory lane.
There is only a handful of points between the top three contenders. Larry Smith is in the lead ahead of JP van der Spuy and Hannes Frans behind them.

The drift judges will determine who will be the podium winners in the all-out drift battle in the Gold Cup eliminations division. All will not be lost for the competitors who do not qualify to partake in the Gold Cup as there is Silver Cup eliminations that will ensure competitors will get a second go at impressing the judges and fans.
Fans can make their way their way to the Rock Raceway, where the gates will be open at 10am with practices until 4pm when the competition starts with qualifying runs.
