Tough Loftus outing for Panne

Brakpan Rugby Club’s first XV made the trip to the home of the Blue Bulls, Loftus Versfeld, for a clash in the new Super League.

The team suffered a big loss to the Naka Bulls, losing 67-22 despite leading at half-time.

Naka Bulls’ young winger, Frans Botha, ran in four tries to wreak havoc with Brakpan’s defensive structures.
