Round eight of the South African Drift Championship semi-finals will take place at the Rock Raceway venue on October 7.

Plenty of tyre-shredding, squealing and smoke-filled drifting bliss is expected at the motor sport venue as the drifters chase crucial points for the 2017 season.
Drifters from all corners of the country will once again converge on the Brakpan real-estate to rev up their chariots’ engines, drop the clutch and go sideways.
The judges’ tricky layout will test the skill levels of all the drifters as they all chase the ultimate prize of victory.
Gates open at 10am for practice sessions and so that drifters can qualify. Event proceedings will then commence at 4pm.
Fans are encouraged to bring along banners depicting their support for their favourite competitors.
