Tonight it’s time to fight

Tonight’s fights see a number of other high action, preliminary and main card bouts between EFC’s best.

Tonight at Carnival City, two of the world’s best sporting nations are set to collide in combat at EFC 53.

South Africa’s most dangerous mixed martial artists are taking on a champion from the United Kingdom and more of the UK’s best.

Reigning middleweight champion, England’s Yannick Bahati was set to defend his championship against South Africa’s David Buirski when injury struck the challenger.

Stepping up, sees Buirski’s teammate and the former welterweight champion, Michiel Opperman.

Once the most dominant featherweight champion in EFC, Boyd Allen takes on a former Commonwealth boxer and Welsh stand-out Azi “One Bomb” Thomas.

Both are clinical striking masters hunting for national supremacy.

Scotland’s Danny Henry, the former featherweight champion and the only man in EFC to ever defeat Boyd Allen, has made his way back to face South African top contender Wade Groth.

Plus, former two-time heavyweight champion Andrew “One Gear” van Zyl faces the undefeated Brit, Tony “Oosh” Mustard.

Tonight’s fights see a number of other high action, preliminary and main card bouts between EFC’s best.
