The Joker Provokers won the game 30-27.
The team was put together to promote fitness and health, and to afford people from all walks of life to be part of a team and a bond of brotherhood.
There will be a game at least once every month until the end of the year.
The organisers are busy planning their next game, to be held during August, which will be another fund-raising event, for a chosen charity in Brakpan.
They are inviting the community to take part in this event to better the lives of many disadvantaged people in our community.
This event will take place at the Brakpan Rugby Club, with dates still to be confirmed at a later stage.
