Action is needed to tackle sorry state of town

"Clearly, no one cares because those appointed jokers have no clue what to do."

Peter Bachtis from Benoni writes:

My 90-year-old mother has lived in Brakpan since 1957, and she laments the appalling state of the town.

The streets are filthy, the cemetery has gone to rack and ruin, and the entrance to the once pristine town is like an overused toilet bowl that has not been flushed in years.

It begs the question, who is in charge of this council?

Clearly, no one cares because those appointed jokers have no clue what to do.

Time for a hard-as-nails individual to take over, fire the hopeless and useless individuals who earn big salaries, living large and not doing what is expected of them.

The town is in shambles and it’s up to the people of this town to demand the immediate resignation of all those incompetents.

Do it now because soon all the residents of Brakpan will be wallowing in a pit of smelly dung.

Oh no, what is that I smell?
