Look to the sewer for hyacinth solution

Henry Barnard writes by email:

With reference to ‘Hyacinth crisis continues’ in last week’s Herald:

This will need urgent inspections to determine which owners allow this unhealthy situation, as well as overflowing drain systems discharging into streets, which in turn pollute rivers and so on.

This is a cheap and easy way to help fight the hyacinth problem and can be implemented very quickly.

Try it, it works and the idea is for free!
