My children will have a university education

My grandmother sold what she had to further my education.

Mrs Booysen writes by email:

With reference to Mrs Fourie’s letter, ”University will cause more problems”:

I was raised by my grandmother and grandfather.

After my grandfather died, I started working to support my family on R2 000 per month.

We lived on bread and water and only God knew where the money came from for us to eat some days.

My grandmother sold what she had to further my education.

So, in response to your ungrateful response about a university: you can send your children to play in the park, while mine are educated at university.
