Dancing Stars Gauteng students shine at SAs

Dancing Stars Gauteng students competed in the SA Open Country and Western Dance Championships in KwaZulu-Natal from October 18 to 21.

The students, trained by Yuveldi van Heerden at Cosy Corner in Brenthurst, gave their all in the competition.

The students are Joshua Oelofse, Riley and Jordan Phillips, Marinique van Zyl, Demi, Olivia and Samantha Dolley, Amber Venter, Jatricia du Plessis and Angie Pieterse.

Martinique van Zyl bagged a third place medal.

Demi Dolley received eighth place.

Riley Phillips won first place in her category.
