Community joins forces for colour run at Eventide Old Age Home

The runners got to throw coloured powder at each other, and enjoy food and drinks.

Eventide Old Age Home and the Red Cross Society Brakpan branch held a family colour fun run to raise funds on Saturday, at the home on Derby Avenue.

Around 40 members of the public joined in on the fun, and the winners were Dean van Zyl in first place and Jaden Diedericks in second.

Both are learners from Laerskool Môrewag. In addition to the run, there was also food sold at the venue, a car wash and a play area for children.
