Acrobatic gymnasts Zanelle Venter and Niahné Bothma of the Brakpan-based Masters Gymnasts Club will represent Gauteng at the SA Gymnastics Games in Cape Town from September 19 to 29.
The pair took part in several qualifying events, including club competitions and the Ekurhuleni District Championship, where they qualified to represent Ekurhuleni at the Gauteng provincial event.
They won first place in their level and age group at the Gauteng championship, thus qualifying to represent Gauteng at the gymnastics games.
