Hospice challenges you to ‘Bring-a-Thing’ this Mandela Month

Giving back is as easy as donating your unwanted goods.

It is July, a month of giving and dedicating 67 Minutes for Mandela Day to charitable organisations and their work.

Support Hospice East Rand’s shops this Mandela Month by donating your unwanted and pre-loved household items, books, clothing and furniture to the organisation.

Whether you are decluttering your home, upgrading your kitchen appliances or updating your wardrobe, help ‘bring-a-thing’ in aid of Hospice.

Items that are in a good working condition will be distributed among the organisation’s nine charity shops, for resale.

All proceeds are in aid of Hospice East Rand’s ongoing palliative care programmes.

To arrange collections of donations contact Carla Steenkamp on 063 918 9239 or email carla@hospiceeastrand.co.za on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 08:30 to 13:30 or Tuesday and Thursday from 08:30 to 16:00.

Alternatively, donations can be delivered directly to the nearest shop, in your area.
