Soup kitchen to host Christmas party
The Serve Kitchen needs donations to make the party unforgettable.
The Serve Kitchen, a soup kitchen held weekly by a few local businesses, plans to have a Christmas block party in the park a block away from their usual spot – across from J&G Auto Electrical and Mechanical.
The party for the less fortunate hopes to give them a festive season to remember with hot dogs, gifts and festivities.
The party will be on November 25, and Santa Claus will be there.
The Serve Kitchen called for donations of Viennas, rolls, and second-hand toys and items to gift to the less fortunate.
