She applauded the SAB for its proactive efforts to educate the public about the possible dangers of binge drinking alcohol and to encourage consumers to act responsibly.

Through several initiatives, the city is still dedicated to assisting and promoting responsible alcohol use. These consist of collaborations with neighbourhood organisations, educational initiatives, and the enforcement of laws to stop underage drinking and discourage alcohol-related harm.

Nkosi emphasised the necessity of collaboration between industry participants, governing bodies, and community organisations when she wrapped up her introductory remarks by emphasising the significance of responsible alcohol consumption and the need for strict adherence to liquor legislation.
