About 50 underprivileged women were pampered at the Noblewomen Women’s Day event held last Friday at the Park Street offices of Rata Social Services.
Rata, Truth Heals NPC, the Brakpan SAPS Youth Crime Prevention Desk, Psalm 91 NPO, Worthy Ministry and the I Care Collective joined forces to host the special occasion to make a difference in the lives of women in need.
The women received gift bags, listened to motivational speakers, and were taught new skills.
There were also speakers from government departments and other organisations. In addition, the women enjoyed a tasty lunch and were treated to manicures.
