Enjoy a fun day out for a good cause
The Colour Fest Spring Day in Dalpark Ext 6 will raise funds for people in need.
New Life Apostolic and Prophetic Church and the I Believe In You Charity Organisation will host a Colour Fest Spring Day on September 2.
The fundraising event will take place from 09:00 in the open field at the entrance to Dalpark Ext 6.
Activities on the day include a seven-a-side soccer tournament (juniors included), a netball tournament and modelling pageant.
Registration for all teams and contestants begins at 08:00. A fee is charged per team and per contestant.
Market stands are also available.
The I Believe In You Charity Organisation aims to make a change in the community and surrounding areas by providing for the less fortunate.
They strive to help by holding fundraisers to collect food, clothes and funds to donate to individuals in need.
Residents and businesses can also help them make a difference by donating unwanted clothes, tinned food and toiletries (toothpaste, soap).
