Ekurhuleni electricity prepaid customers will not be able to access the prepaid system on March 4 between 14:00 and 20:00 due to the city carrying out upgrades on the system.
The upgrades will ensure the uptime and stability of the vending system and its technicalities.
During the six-hour downtime, the city’s prepaid customers will not be able to purchase electricity on any platform, including online and points managed by third parties like retailers and banks.
