A domestic worker was assaulted during a robbery at her employer’s Sunair Park home on Monday.
According to information received from Brakpan police, the incident took place at around noon at an address on Crest Street.
Three men attacked the victim when she went outside to hang up washing. The robbers then tied up the victim with shoelaces and a belt from a gown.
They fled with two TVs, a microwave, a laptop, a safe containing valuables, groceries, bedding, a generator and other household items. A case of house robbery is under investigation.
