Get ready for great fun at the Toy Run

Those in attendance will be entertained and treated to exciting spot prizes.

Preparations for the 40th annual Gauteng Toy Run have kicked into high gear as organisers look to welcome some 20 000 riders to the Benoni Northerns Sport Club on Sunday (November 27).

According to Pete Beart, organiser and chairman of the trust, 140 vendors will form part of the Toy Run market.

MC Paul Rotherham, as well as live entertainment from Tryst and Backbone, will ensure that those in attendance are entertained and treated to exciting spot prizes.

Riders are expected to arrive at the venue from 09:20. Sponsorship in terms of cash donations are still welcome to assist the organisers in paying for the day’s operational costs as the running fund had been depleted due to restrictions imposed due to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
