Residents are invited to join the Brakpan branch of the African Christian Democratic Party in restoring beauty to the town.
The clean-up will take place on July 31 at the park along Gardiner Avenue from 14:00 to 16:00.
“We are the community and invite everyone who believes in Brakpan to help us clean up our park this Sunday,” said Prudence Mabasa, Brakpan ACDP chairperson and regional media liaison officer.
“We will also take the time to pray for our town.”
The meeting point is at the corner of Gardiner Avenue and Park Street. Participants are requested to wear masks.
