Organisation invites you to putt for charity

The event will help the organisation to continue feeding needy families in Benoni.

Golf enthusiasts and philanthropists are invited to The Matthew 25 Project’s golf day on July 21 at State Mines Country Club in Brakpan.

According to the organisation’s fundraiser, Carol Foster, the event will help the NPO raise funds to continue with its charity work in Benoni.

“The organisation assists struggling families in Benoni with food and household supplies, pet food, clothing and skills development.”

She stated that there will be prizes, an auction and dinner at the event.

One of the items on auction is a rugby jersey signed by the Springbok team in support of the organisation, personalised to the buyer.

The golf day also offers advertising opportunities for businesses through sponsored holes at R1 000 per hole.
