One man was killed and three others injured following a vehicle rollover last night on the R23 in Brakpan.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene at 22h25 to find a light motor vehicle lying on its side in the middle island. One man was found lying inside the car, while another man and two women were found outside the car.
Medics assessed the patients and found that the man outside the vehicle had already succumbed to numerous injuries and was later declared dead. The man inside the vehicle and the two women had sustained moderate injuries.
Medics extricated the man and treated the patients before all three were transported to nearby hospitals for further care.
