A quick and easy to make banana salad that is guaranteed to bring a smile to the faces of everyone at the dinner table.
This salad is deliciously sweet and complements any type of meat or vegetarian dish.
The recipe below serves four people. Ingredients:
- Six bananas, cut in slices
- One can fruit cocktail, drain
- Two tablespoons mayonnaise
- Two tablespoons condensed milk
- Some lemon juice
Method:
• Sprinkle lemon juice over banana slices to prevent them from turning dark.
• Mix bananas with the drained fruit cocktail fruit.
• Mix the mayonnaise and condensed milk together, then add the bananas and fruit to the mixture.
•Serve immediately.
