Two arrested on drug charges

The drugs are valued at R2 100.

Two men found in possession of drugs were arrested on Wednesday by EMPD Drug Enforcement Unit members.

The arrests were made along Northdene and Kingsway avenues at around 11am during a crime prevention operation.

One man was found in possession of 16 ziplock bags of dagga, while the other had six ziplock bags of crystal meth.

The drugs are valued at R2 100.

The men, aged 23 and 36, were taken to the Brakpan Police Station and face charges of possession and possible dealing in illicit substances.
