Friday – A trailer containing fishing and camping equipment was stolen from an address along Kirkpatrick Avenue in Brakpan North.
Saturday – A supermarket along Voortrekker Road was robbed by a gang of five men. The incident took place just before noon.
Staff and customers were threatened at gunpoint and the robbers fled with cash and cellphones.
* A business in Victoria Avenue was burgled of groceries, speakers, an amplifier, nappies and cash.
* A smash-and-grab was reported at the intersection of Airport Drive and Rangeview Road in Dalpark, near Mall@Carnival.
A female motorist was stationary at the traffic lights at about 6pm when her window was smashed and her handbag stolen.
Three men were involved. The handbag contained a cellphone, house keys and other valuables.
Sunday – A woman was robbed of her bank card at an ATM in Dalpark.
The victim stopped at a local petrol station to withdraw cash at around 1.45pm.
A man grabbed the card from her hand as she was about to put it in the machine.
The thief made his getaway in a silver Hyundai i10 and the victim later discovered R6 000 had been withdrawn from her account.
