We’re talking about all those fantastic appliances that make our lives so much easier and hassle free.

The dishwasher, the washing machine, tumble drier, vacuum cleaner all play a part in making our lives happier, and we need to look after them.

To help you get to know your washing machine’s likes and dislikes better, the national head of Hirsch’s Service Division, Lallie Maharaj, shared advice on how to take care of these super machines to help extend their lifespan.

“A washer has to be washed! How ironic is that? To prevent foul smells and mildew and mould from developing, regular maintenance is essential. Here are some things you can do to keep it in good shape for years to come,”explained Maharaj.
