Municipal billing system migration to affect Brakpan customers

Pay your account on time to avoid credit control measures.

The City of Ekurhuleni is in the process of migrating to a new and improved billing system.

Brakpan and Alberton will move to the new system from March 7 to 18, which means that billing processes will be postponed for two weeks.

This means a delay in account statements, including on the Siyakhokha website.

Even though this is the case, residents are reminded that they must continue to pay their monthly account by the due date, as credit control measure will still be applied.
