Hijacking:

• The driver of a white Nissan NP300 bakkie was hijacked yesterday (Wednesday) at the intersection of Heidelberg and Rangeview roads in Dalpark.

He was robbed of the vehicle by two gunmen at about 4pm and dropped off near Soweto.

Armed robbery:

• A female taxi commuter was robbed of her cellphone, wristwatch and a handbag containing cash and her bank card.

The victim boarded a white Toyota Quantum – with five male occupants – along Heidelberg Road, near Mall@Carnival, at about 9am yesterday.

Once they had driven off, one of the males grabbed her and another threatened her with a gun.

She was robbed of her belongings and forced out of the vehicle.

Common robbery:

• A smash-and-grab was reported at the Heidelberg and Rangeview roads intersection in Dalpark last night.

The incident took place around 7pm while the female driver was stationary at the traffic lights.

A man smashed the driver’s side window and grabbed the victim’s cellphone from her lap.

Burglary:

• Tinus de Jongh Street, Van Eck Park (business).

The break-in took place on Tuesday.

Stolen: Computers.
