Man sent to prison for 15 years for robbing gambling shop
The case was successfully investigated by Det WO Doepie du Plessis.
Christopher Clive Louw (40) from Brakpan was recently sentenced to 15 years imprisonment for business robbery.
Louw and two accomplices, a man and a woman, robbed a Voortrekker Road gambling shop on September 27, last year.
The trio entered the shop at about 11.45pm and held a staff member at knifepoint.

They fled with cash, a cellphone and a bag containing toiletries and a Bluetooth speaker.
Louw was apprehended shortly afterwards and was sentenced in the Brakpan Regional Court on August 27.
The case was successfully investigated by Det WO Doepie du Plessis from the Ekurhuleni Central Trio Task Team.
