New facilities offer hands-on experience

The facility has installed fully equipped training areas.

The new facilities of Tri-Anagram, a company which has been around since 1981, was officially opened on Friday, last week.

The vision of the company situated in van Eck Park is entrepreneurship, employment, empowerment and growth through training.

This is according to Maria du Preez, the new owner of Tri-Anagram.

“This is achieved through a unique approach built from years of corporate experience,” said du Preez.

“We are providing quality training and employable skills, contributing to employment and economic growth.

“We also create sustainable entrepreneurial opportunities, supporting enterprise and supplier development.

“This is done through extensive investment in facilities and a unique approach.”

The premises are shared with a successful operational engineering facility, Joesten Marketing.

In addition to state-of-the-art classrooms, du Preez explained the facility has installed fully equipped training areas in which learners receive hands-on experience in leading-edge technology under the careful guidance of experienced master craftsmen.

The aim is to train 1 000 employable, skilled and capable graduates; to create 500 employment opportunities, and assist in the establishment of 250 new small businesses within the next five years.
