Armed robbery:

• A man was robbed at gunpoint in Dalview on Monday by the occupants of a silver Toyota.

The victim arrived at an address along Hendrik Potgieter Street at around 2.30pm to visit a friend when he noticed the Toyota stop behind him.

Three men alighted the vehicle and confronted the victim at gunpoint.

They searched the car and took a large sum of cash.

The victim was also forced to hand over his wristwatch, house keys and gate remote.

Burglary:

• Gardiner Avenue.

The home was burgled yesterday (Tuesday).

Stolen: A TV, two cellphones and a wallet.

• Mitchell Crescent, Brenthurst.

The break-in took place on Monday.

Stolen: An amplifier and speaker.

• Lower Road, Minnebron (business).

The property was broken into on Monday.

Stolen: Batteries (not specified).

• Victoria Avenue.

The burglary occurred yesterday.

Stolen: A TV.

• Denne Road, Witpoortjie.

The break-in took place on Monday.

Stolen: A wristwatch, two cellphones and bank cards.

• Reid Street, Withok Estates.

The home was burgled yesterday.

Stolen: Tools. A suspect was arrested.

Theft of motor vehicle:

• A white Mazda bakkie (model not provided) was stolen from 12th Avenue in Marievlei on Thursday, last week.

Theft from motor vehicle:

• A car parked at an address along Reitz Street in Dalview was broken into on Monday.

The vehicle’s radio was stolen.
