Brakpan SAPS marks 16 Days of Activism

Handed out pamphlets to members of the public.

Members of the Brakpan SAPS, the CPF and Ekurhuleni EMPD kicked off the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children campaign at the Msholozi Squatter Camp in Apex on Sunday morning.

Apex falls within the Brakpan SAPS policing area.

After residents were addressed by Brakpan station commander Brig Fredl Jonck and other role players, law enforcers and volunteers made their way to the Sherwood Pick n Pay where they handed out pamphlets to members of the public.

The pamphlets contained safety tips and information about the campaign.

Sgt Faith Ntuli from the Brakpan SAPS talks to Daveyton resident Charles Khoza about festive season safety tips.
